Big Chickens
ONE DAY.... four big chickens saw a wolf outside their coop. The chickens pwocked,flocked, and rocked. These four chickens wander away because they are chicken to go back to the coop. They keep running into obstacles, and yes they act like chickens. In the end will they face their fears, you will see. This is a great,funny,and hilarious book by Leslie Helakoski. I think it is funny because they keep running into obstacles and they say they want to go, and they keep ending up getting into trouble on the obstacles. It teaches you that sometimes you've got to face your fears, it doesn't mean that if a bully is making you do something and you don't you're a chicken. It's about facing fears that will make a difference in your life.

The book "Big Chicken" written by : Leslie Helakaski is about 4 massive chickens, who's afriad of EVEYRYTHING !!! "I'm afraid to go home," "I'm horrified to jump," "I'm scared of cows!" Will they ever make it alive without the strong, powerful animal eat them ??
My opinon of the "Big Chicken" is funny and silly, this book will make you crack- up. It involves alliteration such as... the chicken, picked, pecked and pocked. This book also has rhyming, shrieked, swueaked and freaked. Whenever you feel like you need a laugh pick up the book Big Chicken.
The author's purpose and message is "to entertain redaers with a funny story" I think the message the author's is trying ot give readers is Don't run-away from your fears, face them and it might turn out something you will never expect. - Big Chicken
So whenever you feel like a mood for a laigh and a entertaining book pick up the book " Big Chicken" By Leslie Helakaski. Trust me, you, my friend is gonna laugh.

The Stupendous Dodgeball Fiasco
The Stupendous Dodgeball Fiasco is an amazing book because it keeps you smiling ,laughing,and wondering what is going to happen next . At first I thought it was about a Pooper Scooping boy in the circus but that boy wants to make a change in dodgeball. I thought the main character Phillip was funny .If you got my opinion on this I would name it the award winning book of the year. If Janice Repka made a second book I would be the first to buy it. I thought this book had some messages.1.Doesn,t matter were you come from as long as people know who you really are. 2. Don,t be afraid were you come from. 3.Don,t be afraid to stand up for what you believe in.And that is exactly what Phillip Edward Stanislaw did.Judge Monn finally found out how it feels to get hit with a dodgeball .So she finally told the dodgeball company to make soft Dodgeballs.

The Stupendous Dodgeball Fiasco
The Stupendous Dodgeball Fiasco by Janice Repka, is a terrific book. It is about a boy named Phillip who comes from a circus family. His job in the circus is to pick up elephant droppings(poo). One day, he saw a baseball card under the bleachers He gets a candy apple stuck in his head, soda and popcorn all over him while he tries to get it. He forgets to pick up the poo and the lady slips on it. Phillip doesn't want to be in the circus so he asks his Mom (the fat lady) and his Dad(Leo Laugh-a-lot) if he can go to Hardingtown to live with his Aunt and uncle to get a chance to feel what it is like to be a real boy. But he finds out what a bully is and it hurts! He also makes the mistake of getting on the bad side of B.B. Tyson, the school bully. Now during P.E, he's going to get pummeled. Whap! B.B. breaks his glasses and now he has to pay about $200 to get them repaired. Phillip decides to tell coach. But there is only one problem the coach is B.B.'s dad. There is nowhere to go. There is only one thing to do. Lawsuit. If B.B. broke your glasses you would sue B.B. right? Wrong! Phillip decides to sue not only B.B. but Coach Tyson, his school and the whole dodgeball capital of the world.Do you want to find out what happens in Phillip's Lawsuit? Okay then. In the end Phillip........................................Gotcha. If you want to find out you will have to read the book and find out.

The Stupendous Dodgeball Fiasco is a superior book for all readers. This book has a boatload of humor in it. Phillip lives at the circus , his mom , Matilda the fat lady and his dad , Leo Laugh alot the clown. Phillip has always wanted to play baseball and when it was Phillip's 11th birthday , Leo brought out a long box; could this be the baseball bat Phillip has wanted all along?
During the book some pretty amazing and unamazing things happen; during the first game of dodgeball in P.E. , Phillip is forced to climb the rope to prevent from being piledrived in the face by B.B. Tyson! Soon after this event B.B. breaks Phillip's glasses and his Aunt Viola has to pay for new ones; Phillip then decides to file a lawsuit against B.B. Tyson . Then after Phillip does some research he proves that he's not sueing B.B. , he's sueing dodgeballs,the dodgeball factory really all of Harddingtown The unofficial dodgeball capital of the world!Will Phillip win the lawsuit?
